Your Job Description will include:
- Reception duties
- Data Entry
- Internal telephone sales
- Booking sales, invoicing and other tasks on Moveware
- Dealing with internet enquiries
- Cash handling duties
- Basic office duties
- Some HR support duties
- Liaison with clients and customers
In order to be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Have fast and accurate keyboard skills;
- Thorough administrative and numeracy skills;
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office);
- Some experience in internal sales
- Be well organised with a strong work ethic; and
- Be a team player
- The position is full-time and remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
