Your Job Description will include:

  •  Reception duties
  • Data Entry
  • Internal telephone sales
  • Booking sales, invoicing and other tasks on Moveware
  • Dealing with internet enquiries
  • Cash handling duties
  • Basic office duties
  • Some HR support duties
  • Liaison with clients and customers

In order to be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Have fast and accurate keyboard skills;
  • Thorough administrative and numeracy skills;
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office);
  • Some experience in internal sales
  • Be well organised with a strong work ethic; and
  • Be a team player
  • The position is full-time and remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
